Sodium Aescinate
Catalog No: CFN99509
Sodium aescinate has immunity enhancing,anti-inflammatory and antioxidant activities, may effectively control and improve wound healing in diabetic rats. It has obvious antiangiogenic effect, the initiation of angiogenesis and proliferation of endothelial cell are inhibited and the secretion of VEGF is also decreased. Sodium aescinate can protect the lung injury induced by intestinal ischemia/reperfusion (I/R), which may be mediated by inhibiting lipid peroxidation, upregulating Bcl-2 gene protein expression, improving the ratio of Bcl-2/ Bax to inhibit lung apoptosis.;it also can protect against liver injury induced by methyl parathion.
Icariin
Catalog No: CFN99554
Icariin inhibits PDE5 and PDE4 activities with IC50s of 432 nM and 73.50 μM, respectively. Icariin also is a PPARα activator. Icariin has been reported to have anti-hypoxic, phytoestrogenic, anti-osteoporotic, anti-inflammatory, neuroprotective, and anti-depressant-like activities. Icariin is effective in the attenuation of AHR and chronic airway inflammatory changes in OVA-induced murine asthma model, and this effect is associated with regulation of Th17/Treg responses. Icariin inhibited NF-κB signaling activation and the NLRP3-inflammasome/caspase-1/IL-1β axis.
Rutin
Catalog No: CFN99642
Rutin has antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, anti-allergic, gastroprotective, anticonvulsant, anti-angiogenic and antiviral properties, it may protect against spatial memory impairment induced by trimethyltin. Rutin exerts anti-inflammatory effects in UVB-irradiated mouse skin by inhibiting expression of COX-2 and iNOS, which is attributable to its suppression of p38 MAP kinase and JNK signaling responsible for AP-1 activation.
Oxymatrine
Catalog No: CFN99805
Oxymatrine has exhibited anti-hepatitis virus infection, anti-hepatic fibrosis, anti-inflammation, anti-anaphylaxis and other immune-regulation, it induces human pancreatic cancer PANC-1 cells apoptosis via regulating expression of Bcl-2 and IAP families, and releasing of cytochrome C. It can attenuate diabetes-associated cognitive deficits in rats, which is associated with oxidative stress, inflammation and apoptotic cascades, it is proven to protect ischemic and reperfusion injury in liver, intestine and heart.
